**2 years in College or equivalent
Available Shift: 5am to 2pm (filled up already as of June 10, 2016)
2pm to 11pm as of June 10, 2016.
Expected Allowances / Compensation:
*During Orientation for at least 4 days at P300 / day.
**During Practice Teaching (Student Evaluation) for 3 days at P500 / day.
***After passing The Practice Teaching, you shall be having a three (3) months contract as a Trainee and will be paid P700 / day less P200 as training bond. It shall be released on the 7th month. On the 4th to 6th month you shall be considered "Freelance / Partner" because the professional fee shall be on a per price rate jobs. It is expected that for the past three (3) months you have created a great profile for yourself whereby students / clients will search and refer you to other clients. The take home pay can go up as much as P35,000 or more which includes company incentives, gifts, performance bonuses and per piece rate jobs.
****The Regular Employee Position shall be discussed during the orientation
The screening process is done every Monday, 8am but I meet up with applicants 7AM at a coffee shop near the HR office before proceeding.
