Teaching English as a Foreign Language (Teaching EFL) or Second Language (Teaching ESL)

Teaching English as a Second Language has become a career for a lot of Filipinos. Teachers teach locally and abroad and the need for teachers drastically increased thru the years. However due to limited experience and / or formal training, some screening passers shy away because they do not feel qualified (despite passing all the logic, grammar, comprehension and other basic rigid tests).

Hence Bboss tied up with a reputable and experienced English Training and Review Center which has certifications, accreditation from TOEFL iBT, CTAS, British Council and is recognized by several ESL Teaching Companies.

The Course is taught by a 14 year old company;  the First English Test Preparation Center in the Philippines.

*The course is taught and learned for 30 hours live lecture for 3 weeks or 2 hours a day or for those who are rushing 1 week only.

**Rates are:
P20,000 per person for 1 person
P10,000 per person for 2 persons
P7,500 per person for 7 persons or more

Qualifications:
a. Good oral and written communication skills
b. Excellent English pronunciation
*18 years old and above
 **2 years in College or equivalent

Available Shift: 5am to 2pm (filled up already as of June 10, 2016)

2pm to 11pm as of June 10, 2016.

Expected Allowances / Compensation:

*During Orientation for at least 4 days at P300 / day.

**During Practice Teaching (Student Evaluation) for 3 days at P500 / day.

***After passing The Practice Teaching, you shall be having a three (3) months contract as a Trainee and will be paid P700 / day less P200 as training bond. It shall be released on the 7th month. On the 4th to 6th month you shall be considered "Freelance / Partner"  because the professional fee shall be on a per price rate jobs. It is expected that for the past three (3) months you have created a great profile for yourself whereby students / clients will search and refer you to other clients. The take home pay can go up as much as P35,000 or more which includes company incentives, gifts, performance bonuses and per piece rate jobs.

****The Regular Employee Position shall be discussed during the orientation

The screening process is done every Monday, 8am but I meet up with applicants 7AM at a coffee shop near the HR office before proceeding.

HOme based Online ESL Teachers

We are hiring Filipino Home based online English Tutors (located anywhere else in the world) for our Chinese students. We love teachers who are very passionate about teaching and has the patience of a hedgehog to deal especially with beginner students. Below are the requirements:

1. A stable internet connection at home of not lower than 2mbps is bandwidth subscription (wired only)

2. Available to work from 6pm to 11pm from Monday to Sunday with optional day/s off.

3. Good command of the written and spoken English

4. High end working laptop or desktop (smart phones, android phone and tablets are not allowed)

5. Online teaching experience is an edge but not necessary.

6. EFL/ESL certification preferred but not compulsory.

We are offering a base salary of 110 to 150 per hour depending on the level of experience and qualification of the applicant. Due to the challenge given to us which is to bring in confident and brave teachers to companies / schools, we are tasked to screen, pre-test and hope to empower candidates before presenting them to the schools for final exams and test them with real clients called Student Evaluation for 9 days (paid training of P300 on the first 4 days and P500 on the next 5 days - or shorter in one company.
