Salud Mitra Barangay Job Fair, training and orientation for ESL Online Teachers

Today was the first day of our Job Fair at Salud Mitra and we are grateful to the Punong Barangay Jose Acosta and Brgy Secretary Joan Alvez for giving us more than the time and accommodation required of a public servant.

Five (5) applicants took the exams, tests and already started being oriented on the basics on English such as grammar, vocabulary enrichment, comprehension, speaking. We will continue the process tomorrow while waiting for more interested applicants who shall likewise be screened and be oriented on the basics of English teaching.

This batch will already be given further orientation and contract signing on Monday, April 25, 2016 for their 2 weeks rigid and paid training (training allowance of P500 a day) starting on Tuesday, April 26, 2016. The total training days shall be nine (9) days. Should one be hired after the 9-day training (included student evaluation), an Online ESL Teacher will earn a basic pay of P700 a day (less P200 training bond which will be released on the 7th month of being with them) for three (3) months.

On the 4th month, we were informed that Online ESL Teachers has a potential to earn as much as P30,000 a month because of the incentive programs that the company gives, likewise company gifts.

The amount of P30,000 a month is possible because of the option that the company will open a performance based program. Just recently, a teacher was able to receive a P35,000 check, besides enjoying being with the company, enjoying a recreation center in the work area, and others.

Another news is that an Online ESL Teacher brought home a sound component (will ask the brand later) as a gift for always arriving before the time of duty (early).

We are inviting talents to have themselves pre-screened and oriented before finally presented to our our client, Infuturo, Inc. 

Candidates who will pass the pre-screening shall be turned over to be trained as an ESL Online Tutor. 

The 2 weeks training is paid.

1. At least 18 years old and above
2. At least 2 years in college / technical courses
3. English Proficient
4. Adept in computer operations
5. Resume
6. NBI Clearance (can follow)
7. FIRST BATCH are best Ready and prepared to join a rigid paid (P500/day) training for 2 weeks without absent starting on April 26, 2016.

Teachers for China

Male teachers are needed for Chinese Kindergarten schools in several branches in China. 

A Filipino, Aries Demot, closely assists the owners of the school and they are looking for more teachers who are licensed, elementary education graduates, male to teach with them. 

The salary shall be P25,000 and the board and lodging will all in the expense of the school.

Estimated Cost of Processing for Teachers bound for China

The total estimated cost for processing including the assistance fees is P50,000.

Sequence of Process for Teachers bound for China

1.  A candidate (teacher) is recommended;    

    (Rei Ann’s rule: we sign agreement muna that I am only assisting you, no assurance)

2.  Email docs, passport, resume and diploma

3.  Pre-interview;

4.  Give report;

5.  Telephone interview him for skills;

6.  Should the candidate pass the telephone / oral interview, a medical form will be provided;

     

7.   Assist him for medical exam procedure, 

  a.  Follow up - when got the result and its okay and resulted to FIT TO WORK OR TRAVEL

  b. Medical Exam Result will be forwarded to the Medical Department;

  c. Medical Department will forward it to HR; 

  d. HR will apply for the working permit in China;

8.  When the working permit and invitation documents are ready, it will be forwarded;

9.   The documents will be given to the teacher/candidate. 
     Assist will be given in the processing at the POEA, help him pass interview at the Chinese embassy. 
    Should he be pass the grueling interview, the Chinese embassy will issue him a working visa, if not, denied…so he must pass the oral interview at the Chinese embassy, or else we lose;

 

10. Upon receipt of the visa, book for an airline plane ticket from Manila to Beijing;

Finally, either before he leaves or before you start the process, let him sign a MOA together, that he will pay you etc etc etc for the assistance, include the terms and conditions.
