Today was the first day of our Job Fair at Salud Mitra and we are grateful to the Punong Barangay Jose Acosta and Brgy Secretary Joan Alvez for giving us more than the time and accommodation required of a public servant.

Five (5) applicants took the exams, tests and already started being oriented on the basics on English such as grammar, vocabulary enrichment, comprehension, speaking. We will continue the process tomorrow while waiting for more interested applicants who shall likewise be screened and be oriented on the basics of English teaching.

This batch will already be given further orientation and contract signing on Monday, April 25, 2016 for their 2 weeks rigid and paid training (training allowance of P500 a day) starting on Tuesday, April 26, 2016. The total training days shall be nine (9) days. Should one be hired after the 9-day training (included student evaluation), an Online ESL Teacher will earn a basic pay of P700 a day (less P200 training bond which will be released on the 7th month of being with them) for three (3) months.
On the 4th month, we were informed that Online ESL Teachers has a potential to earn as much as P30,000 a month because of the incentive programs that the company gives, likewise company gifts.
The amount of P30,000 a month is possible because of the option that the company will open a performance based program. Just recently, a teacher was able to receive a P35,000 check, besides enjoying being with the company, enjoying a recreation center in the work area, and others.
Another news is that an Online ESL Teacher brought home a sound component (will ask the brand later) as a gift for always arriving before the time of duty (early).
