1. A candidate (teacher) is recommended;

2. Email docs, passport, resume and diploma
3. Pre-interview;
4. Give report;
5. Telephone interview him for skills;
6. Should the candidate pass the telephone / oral interview, a medical form will be provided;
7. Assist him for medical exam procedure,
a. Follow up - when got the result and its okay and resulted to FIT TO WORK OR TRAVEL
b. Medical Exam Result will be forwarded to the Medical Department;
c. Medical Department will forward it to HR;
d. HR will apply for the working permit in China;
8. When the working permit and invitation documents are ready, it will be forwarded;
9. The documents will be given to the teacher/candidate.
Assist will be given in the processing at the POEA, help him pass interview at the Chinese embassy.
Should he be pass the grueling interview, the Chinese embassy will issue him a working visa, if not, denied…so he must pass the oral interview at the Chinese embassy, or else we lose;
10. Upon receipt of the visa, book for an airline plane ticket from Manila to Beijing;
Finally, either before he leaves or before you start the process, let him sign a MOA together, that he will pay you etc etc etc for the assistance, include the terms and conditions.
